How to Add Product Review Forms with Image Attachments in WooCommerce

The Customer Reviews for WooCommerce plugin (by CusRev) adds image attachments and other enhancements to your product review forms, making it easier for customers to share visual feedback. This guide walks you through installing, activating, and configuring it.

Install the Plugin

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard (e.g. https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin).
2. Go to Plugins » Add New.
3. In the search field, type Customer Reviews for WooCommerce.
4. Find the plugin by CusRev in the results. Check the author and ratings to confirm you have the right one — it should show strong reviews and a large number of active installs.
5. Click Install Now, then click Activate once installation finishes.

Configure Review Settings

After activation, WordPress redirects you to the plugin’s setup page. You can return to these settings anytime from WooCommerce » Settings » Reviews.

From there, enable image attachments for product reviews and adjust the other display and moderation options to fit your store.
