Required Plugins

Plugins extend WordPress with functionality that goes beyond a standard installation. Leverage relies on a small set of them to deliver its custom Elementor widgets, builder features, and other tools — so installing them is an important first step after activating the theme.

As soon as you activate Leverage, a notice appears at the top of your dashboard recommending the plugins the theme needs. You can either follow the instructions in that notice or go to Appearance » Install Plugins, select the plugins, then install and activate them.

PluginWhat it does
Leverage CoreThe heart of the theme. Once installed and activated, it adds Leverage’s custom Elementor widgets and builder features that power your site.
Elementor (free)The drag-and-drop page builder. You need it to design your pages visually.
Contact Form 7Creates the forms on your site. You may swap in another form plugin if you prefer.

Leverage is built around Elementor, so most of the theme’s design options live inside the Elementor editor. See Building with Elementor to learn how they work together.

These plugins are useful for setup but are not required once your site is running. You can disable or delete them when you no longer need them.

PluginWhat it does
One Click Demo ImportUsed only for importing demo content. Keep it disabled or remove it after you finish importing.
Envato MarketDelivers updates for premium themes and plugins purchased through Envato. Handy to keep if you want in-dashboard updates.

If you plan to run an online store, install WooCommerce — the free, open-source e-commerce platform that adds products, cart, checkout, and account pages to your site. Leverage is designed to work with WooCommerce out of the box, so your shop inherits the theme’s styling automatically.
